Dave Cooper is the Information Technology Manager at the Acton Institute. He received his BA in History and German at Hillsdale College in 1990. Before coming to the Institute in October of 2000 as Information Systems Manager he performed computer sales, service, and consulting for a variety of West Michigan firms.
