Gianna Dugan is a member of the Acton Institute’s 2024 Emerging Leaders class. She is a rising junior at Hillsdale College majoring in Classics. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, reading a good novel, and trying out a new coffeeshop.
