Joe Sebastian is a member of the Acton Institute’s 2024 Emerging Leaders class. He is a recent graduate in Arts and Law at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Delhi NCR, India. He is an avid reader and is passionate about meeting new people, travelling and fitness.
