Mariano Pérez Silvestro is a member of the Acton Institute’s 2024 Emerging Leaders class. He recently graduated from the University of Navarra with a major in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics. Mariano is passionate about philosophy, with a keen interest in ethics, anthropology, and political theory. In his free time, he enjoys reading, watching films, and playing paddle.
