Ryan Cauwenberghs is a member of the Acton Institute's Emerging Leaders Class of 2024. He is a Masters student at Oxford University specializing in African Studies; his research and studies have taken him across the continent, from Cape Town to Casamance. He is an avid reader with a penchant for literature, economics and history.
