Imam Monawar Hussain

Imam Monawar Hussain is an experienced entrepreneur, social innovator, and the Imam at Eton College. He is the founder of The Oxford Foundation, a charity that promotes religious and racial harmony through educational and arts-based programs. He has developed and implemented a unique educational initiative addressing violent extremist ideology, which has been used in training religious education teachers in the UK. Imam Hussain serves on multiple advisory boards, including the Department for Communities & Local Government Review of Muslim Faith Leader Training and the Religious Education Council Resilience Advisory Board. He is also a Deputy Lieutenant (DL) of Oxfordshire.
