On May 12th, 1992, William F. Buckley, Jr. delivered the keynote address at the Acton Institute's first anniversary dinner in Grand Rapids, Michigan. His remarks were prefaced by an introduction by his friend and long time ally in the battle for liberty, Dr. Russell Kirk.
