Silvio Roberto Peres Ramos is a member of the Acton Institute’s 2023 Emerging Leaders class. He has a degree in mechatronic engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil and is currently a graduate student at Austrian School. Before coming to Acton, he worked in the financial markets, in journalism, and in consulting.
